Add scripts to unabsorb git dirs

They do reverse of `git submodule absorbgitdirs`.
There are simple and recursive variants.
submodules/unabsorbgitdirs [new file with mode: 0755] blob
submodules/unabsorbgitdirs-recursive [new file with mode: 0755] blob
